1. Door surface panels are 24 gauge galvanized cold rolled steel sheet, conversion-coated to permit paint bonding on both sides. Two coats of polyester are applied to the surface sheets. The doors have flush or embossed face sheets.
2. Door stiles and rails dried, primer coated pine. A full thermal break cavity is provided. As a stile side installation fitting aid, 1/8" can be requested.
3. A full 10ĄŻĄŻ to 12" wood lock block is provided for reinforced mounting of the lockset and/or deadbolt.
